Quick Capture Inbox
Your Inbox is the single place everything you save to Chunk lands — from the share sheet, email, or the browser clipper. Chunk's AI titles, tags, and files each capture for you, and you decide where it goes.
One Inbox, every device
Whatever channel you use to save something — the "Save to Chunk" share sheet on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, your private email address, or the Chunk Clipper browser extension — it all arrives in the same Inbox. Your Inbox syncs across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Vision, and the web, so a link you save on your phone is ready to triage on your laptop.
Where to find it
On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, the Inbox appears as a pinned row at the top of your Notes tab whenever items are waiting, and as a card on your Workstation dashboard. On the web, open Workstation to see your Inbox.
AI does the filing for you
Every capture is processed automatically. Chunk reads the content — a web page, pasted text, an image, or a PDF — and suggests:
- A clean, descriptive title.
- A relevant tag.
- A folder to file it into, with a confidence score.
- Wiki-link suggestions to connect it to notes you already have.
Triage in a tap
Each capture shows up as a card with the AI's suggestions, all editable. From there you can:
- Accept — turns the capture into a Note, filed where you chose.
- To Collection — for saved links, add them straight to a Collection.
- Discard — remove anything you don't need.
Works offline
If you save something while offline or signed out, the capture is queued on your device and syncs to your Inbox automatically the next time you open Chunk — nothing is lost.
Daily limits
Captures share a daily limit across every channel (share sheet, email, and clipper combined): 10 per day on Free and 100 per day on Pro. If you hit the limit, saving resumes the next day.
